RLM v3.0

 

    RLM v3.0 is the latest release of RateIntegration’s flagship loyalty management solution.  Since its first introduction two years ago, RLM has been steadily enhanced and this latest release delivers powerful new features further enabling service providers worldwide to reduce customer churn, accelerate new customer growth, increase average revenue per customer and create revenue through partners.

    RLM not only easily supports conventional loyalty programs and promotions but also goes well beyond that to support a full range of dynamic customer loyalty capabilities in real time.

    Level 1:  Traditional Promotions

        -  RLM supports both mass-marketing, based on customer demographics (geography, spending levels etc.) and  segmentation marketing, based on reports or lists generated at the end of the day, week or month, used for static promotions.
         

    Level 2:  Dynamic Promotions

        - RLM processes events in real time and triggers promotions, or other real-time benefits, which are highly targeted, personalized and timely, rather than at the end of the day, week or month when the effectiveness is far lower.
         

    Level 3:  Super-Segment Promotions

         - RLM supports viral marketing (“friends & family”, etc.), network marketing (“buddy-groups”, etc.) and community marketing (“Sports-Club” members, etc.) and several other programs designed to attract new subscribers.
         

    Level 4:  Partner Promotions

        - Context and location sensitive promotions through partner organizations maximize average revenues from users (ARFU), maintain stickiness with points and the like as well as enhance subscriber experience and loyalty.

    RLM is a “third-generation” solution because it empowers business users to define, manage and launch loyalty plans or promotions without any IT programming and because it can be implemented rapidly without changing or replacing any of the existing systems in place. RLM is based on the company’s flagship PriceMaker™ technology - a massively-scalable, real-time rules-based pricing and policy engine.
