RAS 3.0 Assurance Server
|
Rateintegration’s RAS 3.0 Assurance Server has been developed and deployed for three types of pricing-level assurance:
- Revenue Assurance
- Cost Assurance
- Real-time Revenue Monitoring
Revenue assurance: RAS 3.0 Assurance Server is used to re-price voice or data CDRs in parallel with a communications carrier’s existing billing system, prepaid platform, partner relationship management system or other systems responsible for pricing network transactions. RAS 3.0 Assurance Server provides a high-performance, real-time server where any pricing policy can be easily expressed and quickly revised when pricing changes. Due to the low cost of ownership and the rapid modeling of prices, the RAS 3.0 Assurance Server enables extensive re-pricing of network usage in parallel with the production systems.
Cost assurance: RAS 3.0 Assurance Server is used to generate the “expected bill” for an enterprise client by processing raw events against the modeled pricing logic in the client’s pricing agreements with its communications carriers. Telecom expense management analysts can then compare the “expected prices” produced by the RAS 3.0 Assurance Server configuration with the actual invoices from the network providers for purposes of audit and charge verification.
Real-time Revenue Monitoring: In this mode, users can detect revenue issues in real-time, take proactive action to correct the problem and review the impact of these changes on the revenue flow.
RAS 3.0 Assurance Server’s spreadsheet-based pricing rules enable rapid and cost-effective modeling of the pricing agreements and custom contractual pricing underlying these enterprise telecommunications bills with a speed-to-implement and ease-of-use not found in any other vendor platform.
