There are two different deployment options available to RateIntegration customer – an in-house deployment or a cloud computing deployment.
RLM-Cloud
To lower the barriers to adoption, RateIntegration offers RLM under a fully-managed cloud computing model. RLM-Cloud comes as a software-as-a-service or pay-as-you-grow model with the Cloud hosted off-site or inside the carrier data network as an “Intranet Cloud”. Setup is simple with users typically running promotions within two weeks.

Configure, Launch, Monitor, Report

The RLM-Cloud is an event-driven promotions execution platform featuring RateIntegration’s industry-leading Loyalty Manager software.

The RLM-Cloud offering is the full RLM product delivered as a complete, turnkey solution for operators looking for systems with immediate impact on revenues, dramatic improvements in customer experience, and significant cost reductions around processes for promotions and loyalty.

As a fully managed promotions platform, RLM-Cloud enables the operator to deploy and execute timely, personalized messaging and incentive credit offers direct to a subscriber.

RateIntegration enables rapid adoption by offering the Cloud with a complete deployment checklist that enables setup in two weeks. Once setup is complete, RLM-Cloud is a fully managed promotions service: RateIntegration experts provide the day-to-day back-office support of the RLM-Cloud servers and data processing.

The RLM-Cloud servers are located in an off-site 3rd-party data center and accessed via secure Internet communications. This approach avoids internal IT infrastructure issues and headaches. Alternatively, if desired, the RLM-Cloud servers can be located on-site of the carrier’s own data center as an “Intranet Cloud”.

Designed for ease of use, RLM-Cloud promotions are launched using online pre-built promotion templates, giving full and direct control of the promotions calendar that best suits a provider’s Marketing Team. The operator’s marketing team responsible for promotions on RLM-Cloud creates and manages all promotions using a Web portal, the RLM-Cloud Promotions Dashboard. Using the Dashboard, marketing professionals can manage the full life cycle of promotions— launch promotions from pre-built templates, monitor the real-time behavior of running promotions, and explore graphical views of promotion data and actions in an interactive manner.

RLM-Cloud enables the operator to leverage easily and immediately a variety of template-driven promotions across several packages (promotion types). With RLM-Cloud’s unique architecture of a 24x7 online promotions platform, promotions are highly targeted, personalized offers based on subscriber behavior and including—where appropriate— real-time messaging and offers directly to mobile subscriber handset. Promotion packages are all developed by RateIntegration based on its deep experience as a leading loyalty management vendor with many different carrier-clients worldwide.

 

RLM-Intranet

RLM-Intranet has all the same features and functionality as RLM-Cloud except that it is installed on the customer's premises and within their firewall.
