The RLM-Cloud servers are located in an off-site 3rd-party data center and accessed via secure Internet communications. This approach avoids internal IT infrastructure issues and headaches. Alternatively, if desired, the RLM-Cloud servers can be located on-site of the carrier’s own data center as an “Intranet Cloud”.
Designed for ease of use, RLM-Cloud promotions are launched using online pre-built promotion templates, giving full and direct control of the promotions calendar that best suits a provider’s Marketing Team. The operator’s marketing team responsible for promotions on RLM-Cloud creates and manages all promotions using a Web portal, the RLM-Cloud Promotions Dashboard. Using the Dashboard, marketing professionals can manage the full life cycle of promotions— launch promotions from pre-built templates, monitor the real-time behavior of running promotions, and explore graphical views of promotion data and actions in an interactive manner.
RLM-Cloud enables the operator to leverage easily and immediately a variety of template-driven promotions across several packages (promotion types). With RLM-Cloud’s unique architecture of a 24x7 online promotions platform, promotions are highly targeted, personalized offers based on subscriber behavior and including—where appropriate— real-time messaging and offers directly to mobile subscriber handset. RLM-Intranet
RLM-Intranet has all the same features and functionality as RLM-Cloud except that it is installed on the customer's premises and within their firewall.
