The Loyalty Points Manager enables service providers to deploy a new loyalty points program quickly and easily. They can award and redeem points based on a number of policies and parameters which can be set by the service provider's Product Marketing teams. End customers may be asked to enroll explicitly on the loyalty points program before being allowed to enquire about their points balance, points history or redeem points for awards as defined by the program's rules. Alternatively, depending on the required business rules, end customers may be automatically enrolled and become eligible for rewards and bonuses as define by the points program.
